Billing questions

What counts as a geocode?

One address or coordinate pair converted in either direction counts as one geocode.

Does the free allowance reset?

No. The 100 free geocodes are a one-time allowance for each account.

How does the Pro limit work?

Pro accounts can process up to 75,000 valid rows per UTC calendar month. Each valid row counts even when it is a duplicate or returns no match. Contact us for Enterprise volume.

How do I manage or cancel?

Sign in to your account and open the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Refund requests are considered individually on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed except where required by law.

Is an API key included?

You never need to create or manage a Google Maps or Radar API key to use the add-on.
