Coordinates do not determine the best sequence
A nearest-neighbor sort by straight-line distance ignores roads, one-way streets, bridges, traffic, vehicle capacity and promised time windows. Google's Routes documentation accepts addresses, place IDs or coordinates, while route optimization is a separate service with its own model and billing.
Review operationally expensive mistakes
- Verify depot, cross-border and high-value stops.
- Check that the point represents the usable entrance.
- Do not expose gate codes in public maps.
- Preserve failed stops rather than silently dropping them.
- Give dispatchers a documented override process.

Are latitude and longitude enough for navigation?

Can I use a PO box as a delivery stop?
